Terms and Condition

Payment Terms—Orders are 100% prepaid unless otherwise agreed in writing.Orders are processed upon receipt of payment.

Pricing & Availability—All prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing may be adjusted due to manufacturer changes, tariffs, or material cost increases prior to order acceptance.

Lead Times—Lead times are estimates and subject to manufacturer availability and supply chain conditions. AWM Instruments is not liable for delays outside its control.

Shipping—Shipping costs are not included unless otherwise specified. Expedited shipping is available upon request (Expedited shipping does not apply to manufacturing process)

Returns & Cancellations—Returns are subject to approval and may incur restocking fees. Custom and special-order items are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

Warranty—All products are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. No additional warranties are expressed or implied.

Technical Support & Application Responsibility—AWM Instruments provides product selection guidance and technical support. However, the customer is solely responsible for: Proper product selection, Installation and integration, System design and application suitability

Limitation of Liability—AWM Instruments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use any products supplied.

Installation & Use—Customer/s is responsible for proper installation, integration, and application of all products.

Force Majeure—AWM Instruments is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, customs delays, or manufacturer production issues

Governing Law—These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
