Industrial Flanged Inine Magnetic Flow Meters

Industrial Magnetic Flow Meters/MagMeters

Seametrics’ EX Series Insertion Magmeters are available in three different configurations to meet your flow monitoring requirements.

EX100/200 Series are Adjustable Depth Insertion Magmeter that fit 3” to 48” pipe (up to 72” optional). The complete lack of moving parts of the EX100/200-Series is the source of its reliability. Brass and stainless steel models withstand a variety of temperature, pressure, and chemical conditions.

EX150/250 Series are Hot-Tap Adjustable Depth Insertion Magmeter

EX800 series are Fixed Depth Insertion Magmeter insertion electromagnetic flowmeters are designed for use with conductive liquids in 1 to 12” pipe. A choice of materials (stainless steel, brass, and PVC) allows the meter to adapt to a range of temperature, pressure, and corrosive environments.

WMP plastic-bodied electromagnetic flow meter

The Seametrics’ iMAG-Series is a cost-effective flanged electromagnetic flowmeter on the market. With electrodes designed to discourage fouling, it is available in 2” to 12” pipe in municipal or industrial water/ wastewater and reclaimed water applications. Pump station, pump skid, and packaged plant applications are also suitable. Minimal straight pipe requirements allow iMAG-Series meters to be used in piping configurations where there is little space between the meter and an elbow.

The display can be meter mounted or remote, and both rate and total indication are standard. Rate and total units and pulse scaling can be set via the front panel touch key pad by the user. Bidirectional flow reading is standard with totals available in forward total, reverse total, net flow total, batch forward flow total, and batch reverse flow total.

Seametrics’ WMP-Series meters are full-bore, plastic-bodied electromagnetic flow meters designed for flow and usage monitoring applications in 1, 2, and 3 inch pipe. The polypropylene flow tube offers corrosion resistance to a wide range of chemicals. It’s light weight and easy to install or remove from the pipe for inspection.

The hinged, opaque polyethylene cover protects from dust and UV rays, while permitting easy access to the LCD flow rate and total display. The electronics housing is made of rugged powder-coated diecast aluminum. It can be fitted with cross-drilled screws and seal wire for tamper-evidence. Flow rate and total can be displayed in a variety of units, customer-selected and factory-set.

Clamp-on Transit Time Ultrasonic Flow Meter - Non Intrusive

Non-Invasive Clamp-On Ultrasonic Flow Meters

The NCMB2 Series ultrasonic flow meter is designed to be mounted externally on pipes without making contact with the liquid inside. It is suitable for use with both clean fluids and those that contain particles or bubbles. This flow meter utilizes advanced non-contact technology to enhance flow monitoring, process control, balancing, and batching.

Ideal for water, wastewater, cooling and heating water, water/gylcol mixes, oil, chemicals and more.

Available in two configurations.

  • NCMB2-F (Flow Meter Model)
Flow model indicates flow rate and total with a pulse, 4-20mA output, Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP communications. Other communications options available. Typical applications are water, sewage, cooling water, and chemicals.

  • NCMB2-E (Energy/Flow Meter Model)
Energy/Flow model indicates flow rate, total, temperature, and BTU with a pulse, 4-20mA output, Modbus RTU or BACnet MS/TP communications. Other communications options available. Typical applications are heating/cooling hydronic loops.

Non-Contact Radar Discharge Measurement Systems

The SQ-R is specially designed for municipal and industrial applications in wastewater treatment plants, sewers and process water circuits.

The SQ-R sensor is a continuous measurement device for the contact-free determination of the water discharge of open or closed canals applications. It combines two sensors in one system. The first determines the water level by measuring the transit time of a radar signal, the second simultaneously measures the flow velocity of the water surface by means of the Doppler frequency shift. Following each measurement, the sensor applies an advanced hydraulic model to compute the mean velocity, which in turn is used to calculate the water discharge.

Open Channel Flow Meters | Open Channel Flow Monitors

FC220 Open Channel Flow Monitor. Works with all 4-20 mA water level sensors

The Global Water flow probe is a reliable and cost-effective digital water velocity meter for measuring streamflow in different water bodies like rivers, creeks, canals, and pipes. It's easy to use - just place the probe in the water, adjust the handle, and the digital display will show the water velocity. The probe sends a signal to a flow computer, which then converts it to either feet per second or meters per second.

FC220 Open Channel Flow Monitor is a reliable and accurate instrument for measuring and totalizing open channel flows for flumes and weirs, as well as for any gravity-type open-channel flow application. The flow meter accepts any 4-20 mA water depth measurement input and the meter’s powerful microprocessor instantly calculates and displays water flow and totalizer values in user selectable units using one of several calculation modes. The monitor has an 8-button keypad that easily guides you through the versatile setup menus.

The FL16 Water Flow Logger revolutionizes flow data collection for applications such as inflow & infiltration studies, stormwater and wastewater collection systems, open channels and a host of other gravity flow systems. The FL16 Water Flow Loggers will record over 81,000 depth, temperature, water flow and velocity readings in sewer and drainage pipes, as well as other open channel applications such as flumes, weirs and square channels. The specially engineered, nonfouling, water level sensor works in depths as little as ½ inch and allows for deployment in manholes and other difficult to access areas without the need to enter the confined space.
