Pressure Range:

Manufacturer: Keller Pressure

LEO Record is an autonomous, battery-powered instrument with an integrated digital display, designed to record pressure and temperature over extended periods. Built for long-term monitoring applications, it delivers reliable, high-accuracy measurements in a compact and rugged design.

Both the piezoresistive LEO Record and the capacitive LEO Record (ideal for low-pressure ranges) offer the following advantages:

ADVANTAGES
• High measuring accuracy, resolution and robustness
• High data security due to the use of a non-volatile memory
• Display of the actual pressure and the record status
• Recording of the pressure and temperature
• Simple and well-structured configuration- and read-out software (Logger 5.x) for PC or PDA
• Combination of event-controlled recording and interval recording prevents unnecessary data being recorded
• (i.e. only measuring the pressure changes...)
• Installation data (and comments) of the measuring station can be stored in the instrument
• Pressure connection with G1/4" thread (other threads on demand)
• Intrinsically safe versions available

Typical Applications

• Long-term monitoring and logging

• Water supply line monitoring

• Leakage monitoring

• Pressure monitoring in oil fields

• Gas line pressure checking

Typical lead time: Approximately four weeks. Contact us to confirm current availability.

LEO Record Specifications

The Keller LEO Record combines high-accuracy pressure measurement, temperature monitoring and configurable data logging in a compact, battery-powered digital pressure gauge.

Technical specifications for the Keller LEO Record digital pressure gauge and data logger
Specification LEO Record Details
Pressure ranges Piezoresistive versions: −1–3 bar through 0–1000 bar. Capacitive low-pressure versions: 0–30, 0–100 and 0–300 mbar.
Pressure reference Relative, absolute and differential-pressure configurations, depending on the selected range and sensor version.
Accuracy—piezoresistive ≤ ±0.05% full scale at room temperature, 20–25°C.
Total error band—piezoresistive ≤ ±0.1% full scale over the compensated temperature range of 0–50°C.
Accuracy—capacitive ≤ ±0.1% full scale at room temperature, 20–25°C.
Total error band—capacitive ≤ ±0.2% full scale over the compensated temperature range of 0–50°C.
Temperature accuracy Typically ±1°C.
Long-term stability ≤ ±0.1% full scale per year under reference conditions. Annual recalibration is recommended.
Data storage Up to 57,000 timestamped measurements at intervals of 15 seconds or less, or 28,000 timestamped measurements at intervals longer than 15 seconds.
Logging interval Configurable from 1 second to 99 days, with linear or ring memory operation.
Recording functions Constant-interval, event-controlled and combined recording. Recording can start when a value is exceeded, falls below a setpoint or changes by a specified amount.
Display Two-row LCD with five digits per row; displays pressure and recording status. Display update rate: twice per second.
Pressure units bar, mbar, hPa, kPa, MPa, PSI, mH₂O, cmH₂O, inH₂O, ftH₂O, mmHg, inHg and kp/cm², plus five user-defined units.
Communication RS-485 half-duplex digital interface. Connection to a computer requires a compatible RS-485-to-USB interface converter.
Software Keller PressureSuite Desktop for Windows supports configuration, visualization and export of recorded data.
Battery 3.6 V lithium battery, type SL-760.
Battery life Approximately two years during continuous operation with a 10-second storage interval.
External power 8–28 VDC for standard models. External power cannot be used with the LEO Record Ei intrinsically safe version.
Pressure connection G 1/4 male or 1/4-18 NPT male. Other configurations are available on request.
Wetted materials Piezoresistive versions use stainless steel AISI 316L for ranges up to 400 bar. Materials vary for higher-pressure and capacitive configurations.
Medium temperature −40–85°C (−40–185°F).
Ambient temperature −10–60°C (14–140°F); icing is not permitted.
Environmental protection IP65.
Dimensions Approximately 76 × 125 × 54 mm without the optional rubber cover. Dimensions vary slightly by sensor version.
Weight Approximately 250 g without the rubber cover or 350 g with it.
Hazardous-area option LEO Record Ei intrinsically safe version available with ATEX and IECEx certification.

Specifications vary by pressure range and model configuration. Contact AWM Instruments to confirm the appropriate range, pressure reference, connection and hazardous-area requirements for your application.
