Icon Process Controls’ Truflo® TI3R Insertion Paddle Wheel Flow Meter combines precision, durability, and advanced technology to meet a range of industrial needs. These flow meters deliver accuracy of ±0.5% and are constructed from durable, chemical-resistant 316 stainless steel, ensuring reliability in challenging environments. Icon Process Controls also offers the TIR plastic Paddle Wheel Flow Meter – a true-union design with body materials available in PVC, PP, and PVDF!
The TI3R Series Insertion paddle wheel flow meter sensor has been engineered to provide long-term accurate flow measurement for both corrosive and non-corrosive liquids. The stainless steel insertion flow meter sensor provides a frequency pulse | 4-20mA output, and is equipped with an optional 330° rotatable vivid LED display that shows Flow Rate. The re-engineered low-drag, fluid-dynamic design of the chemical paddle wheel allows it to stand alone as the industry’s most accurate flow meter sensor. Icon’s paddle wheel flow meter sensors incorporate a Tefzel® paddle coupled with a zirconium ceramic rotor pin and bushings. The TI3R liquid flow meter sensor, is industry’s longest lasting paddle wheel flow meter and comes with a lifetime warranty on the paddle wheel assembly. The digital flow meter sensors can be installed into pipe sizes ½ – 24” using our line of comprehensive custom fittings. Icon’s complete line of insertion paddle wheel flow meter sensors will also retrofit into any Signet® style fitting.

Truflo fittings are expertly made to provide accurate flow measurements and the right depth of sensor insertion. We offer a variety of robust saddles including branch, clamp-on, strap-on, and glue-on versions in a range of sizes, manufactured by ICON Process Controls. Because the saddles are lightweight, they can accommodate metal and plastic piping systems. These saddle fittings are simple to install and are designed for Schedule 40 or 80 Piping.
